Goals of Ramadan Nutrition Plan are:

Avoidance of low blood sugar especially during the late period of fasting before Iftar

Avoidance of very high blood sugar after each of Iftar & Suhoor

Avoidance of dehydration especially with prolonged fasting hours during the hot summer season
4
Avoidance of excessive weight gain due to increased caloric intake and reduced activity
POTENTIAL RISK DURING RAMADAN
There are several potential risks associated with prolonged fasting such as low blood sugar and dehydration. Therefore, it is important for you to be aware of them in order to avoid their occurrence and to treat them promptly without losing the spiritual experience of fasting Ramadan.
However, many of these risks can be avoided by proper nutrition.
