POTENTIAL RISK DURING RAMADAN

There are several potential risks associated with prolonged fasting such as low blood sugar and dehydration. Therefore, it is important for you to be aware of them in order to avoid their occurrence and to treat them promptly without losing the spiritual experience of fasting Ramadan.

However, many of these risks can be avoided by proper nutrition.
